How long will it take to get through security at SFO on a Saturday morning?

I have a 7am flight leaving SFO, going to Las Vegas. I plan on arriving at SFO from 5:45 to 6am. Its the earliest I can get to the airport. I\'m flying Virgin America and it seems like its departing from the international terminal (Gate A). I\'ll check in online and I have no check in luggage. How long should I anticipate the secuirty line to be?
The last few times I\'ve flyed, secuirty was a breeze. But I\'m still cringing at the thought of the couple of times I\'ve flyed and security took 45 minutes.
